Q. What is the age of your vehicles?
A. Our average fleet age is only 12 months so you can be assured of an up to date reliable quality vehicle for the period of your hire.
Q. What happens if my vehicle breaks down?
A. With our vehicles being new or very nearly new it is unlikely a breakdown will occur, however, all our vehicles are covered by RACQ 24 hour roadside assistance. When you collect your vehicle we will give you the toll-free telephone number and details of our service authorisation code.
Q. Should I report any difficulties even if the vehicle is driveable?
A. Yes. Immediately you notice something is wrong, call our toll-free help line to get advice. Seeking our service in the early stages may avoid a minor problem becoming a major concern for your safe motoring.
Q. Can I be assured of the vehicle of my choice?
A. We always endeavour to provide the vehicle of choice; however as fleet upgrading is an ongoing aspect of our business we cannot always guarantee to provide the exact model you have selected.
Should this situation arise you will be offered an equivalent class of vehicle. If a similar vehicle is unavailable, subject to our discretion, we will upgrade you FOC to the next class of vehicle.
