We provide you with a full tank of fuel at time of vehicle collection and if the vehicle requires fuel on return the re-fuelling charges are your responsibility. If you require us to re-fuel the vehicle we will be happy to do so but the cost per litre will be higher than a normal petrol station as it will be inclusive of a service charge and GST tax. Alternatively you can purchase the tank of fuel at the time of vehicle collection and return the vehicle empty. These options are available at the time of collecting the vehicle. |

| Driving Licence |

The minimum driving age is 21 years (25 years for Sports cars) and the maximum driving age is 75 years. All drivers must possess a full valid/current driving license issued in their country of origin; alternatively a current international driving license will suffice. To ensure we can validate the details thereon all foreign driving licences must be in English or accompanied by an official endorsed English translation. |

When you make a reservation on this web site you can select whether to make payment on-line, fax, mail or even telephone us your credit card details. |

However if you select not to tender your credit card details on-line, your booking will only be deemed "provisional" and vehicle availability along with price cannot be guaranteed and confirmed until we have your credit card details and instructions at hand to take payment. Please note sports cars cannot be booked online, you must E mail your information to customercare@abcintegra.com.au or telephone our office. |

A valid credit card in the Hirer's name is required when booking as a deposit or making full rental payment online. If you have pre-paid a deposit on line you may pay the balance of the hire by Debit Card, Cash or by AUD Travellers cheques at the time of vehicle collection. |

However, regardless of your final payment method at the time of vehicle collection, an authorisation will always be obtained on your credit card based on the estimated value of your selected Standard Accident Liability. |
| |
So if you are paying all charges on your credit card you will need to have sufficient credit on your credit card for the authorised sum including any balance due for the actual vehicle hire. |

At Brisbane and Cairns airports we can by prior arrangement meet and greet you at the terminal building and personally show you to your vehicle. |

If you have selected to collect your vehicle from the Airport, your flight details must always be entered when you proceed to complete the Reservations section. |

Your flight details are needed to ensure we can track your flight progress and meet you at the airport on time. Our Customer Care representative will be waiting adjacent to your flight Baggage Reclaim Carousel displaying a notice with your Family Name thereon. If your flight is delayed we will wait until you arrive, however once your flight has landed our representative will only wait one additional hour before leaving. |

| Insurance Policies and Surcharges |

Driver requirements :
Drivers must be between the age of 21 and 75 years of age and possess a valid current driving licence. All licences must be in English or carry an authorised certified translation thereof. We reserve the right to decline any licence endorsed with a drink driving offence.
Insurance:
The type of comprehensive insurance that applies to our hire vehicles is as follows; The insurance cover includes damage to the hire, and third party vehicles along with third party property and is subject via the rental contract to varying Accident Liability sum values, dependant on vehicle type, and the age of the drivers.
It also covers single accident occurrences, i.e., no other insurable party is involved or traceable. In these circumstances the vehicle insurance policy excludes damage or loss to the vehicle interior, underneath and roof of the hire vehicle.
Windscreens, tyres and wheel caps loss or damage are also not covered unless Gold Driver Protection has been selected.
Your Vehicle Accident Liability :
Your Accident Liability is the sum of money, (although the vehicle is comprehensively insured), that you, (subject to the rental contract terms) could be liable to pay in the event of an accident and subsequent damage to the hire vehicle.
Each vehicle has a Standard Accident Liability ranging from $2750 for standard cars with variable upper values for high performance cars and some types of motor homes, trucks and large buses.
You can reduce your risk profile by accepting one of the applicable Driver Protection Packages as shown below.
** Please note the insurance of the hire vehicle is a private agreement made between the vehicle insurers and the company and at our discretion subject to the terms of the signed rental contract we extend that cover to the hirer and other named parties listed upon the rental contract.
Third party and passenger personal accident cover, is included within the State vehicle registration licence fee paid by rental car companies.
Trikes and 4WD Off Road or Beach Driving, all drivers must be 25 years of age or over. Commercial vehicles, there is a + $500 Accident Liability Loading for drivers under 25 years of age.
