Hotel and Airport Service
Q. Can you provide a Hotel collection and delivery service?
A. Yes, whichever is most convenient for you?We do not charge extra for Hotel collection service provided that:
(a) The hire period is in excess of 3 days
(b) Your Hotel is not more than 10 kms from our local service point
(c) You do not require the service out of normal trading hours.
(d) For airport or depot collections outside normal office hours a varable additional charge will apply dependant on the time of your intended arrival.
Any additional cost will be communicated to you at the time of our return email booking confirmation providing you have given us at least 48 hours to reply.
Q. Is it more expensive to collect or return a vehicle to the Airport?
A. A small premium location fee will be added to your rental quotation to cover additional charges incurred by us but as our office is only 3 kms from the Airport Terminals the cost is minimal.
Q. Do you have desks at any of the Airports?
A. No and at Brisbane and Cairns airports you will certainly not have to wait and queue at a rental desk after a tiring journey.Instead, one of our friendly Customer Care representitives will meet and greet you at the terminal building and personally transfer you to our nearby office. Our offices are situated adjecent to Main Arterial roads affording quick access North & South or direct into the City.
In Melbourne and Sydney unless you are already fully familiar with the City we hesitate torecommend vehicle collection from these Airports as the local traffic conditions along with the driving standards can be quite daunting for newcomers especially so for visitors used to driving on the right hand side of the road.
So to compliment our no wait and queue policy, at Sydney and Melbourne airports we will pay for your taxi fare to our depot on any rental 14 days and over.
However for the same rental period as above if you have selected our Gold Driver Protection Package you will have elected to travel in style as we will arrange for a limousine to collect you from these Airports to take you to either your Hotel or alternatively our local depot where your vehicle will be awaiting you.
If you intend to select our Airport Meet and Greet or Chauffeur Collection service your flight details must always be entered when you proceed to complete the Reservations section. These details are needed to ensure we can track your flight progress and meet you at the airport on time.
If you use the Fast Track system on this web site you can enter flight information and complete all the vehicle collection formalities on-line. You can access and update your data as many times as you wish prior to arrival.However to ensure we have sufficient time to arrange for our representative to be on hand to collect you we need your flight details at least3 days before arrival.
